This beautiful villa with swimming pool is centrally situated in a tropical and luxurious boutique resort in Willemstad, Curacao.  The community exists of 32 villas with international residents.

The resort is located near Biesheuvel and Matancia and is on a short distance of the central Ringway and only a 5 minute drive to the lively center of Willemstad, Punda and Otrobanda. Supermarket Centrum Mahaai, Zuikertuintje Mall, (international) schools are nearby. The nearest beach, Mambo Beach is reached by car within 10 minutes.

The resort itself offers a lot of privacy; the whole resort is gated and there is 24/7 manned security present, in 2014 a complete camera security system will be installed. Royal Gardens is known as one of the best secured resort on the island. The gardens are tastefully laid out and the resort is quiet and very classy.

There are also two tennis courts with lighting for common use.

This villa is the first villa on the right when you enter the resort. You can drive up your car all the way to the front door and the garages.

On the ground floor the villa offers a spacious living room, an open kitchen to the dining room and a guest bathroom. Adjacent there is a bedroom with bathroom and a garage for 2 cars.

The large terrace that overlooks the beautiful gardens with full grown palmtrees offers enough space for a second “living room”. The pooldeck is paved and invites you to relax and enjoy your home from te gardens. The pool measures a spacious 9 X 4 meters.

On the first floor a master bedroom with walk-in-closet, balcony and large bathroom with separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobe and a bathroom.

The villa is situated close to the guardhouse in the inner ring of the resort.
