Schedule of Payments:

1- At closing at the notary the deed of transfer for the plot will be in the name of the buyers, a detail construction agreement will be attached to the contract of the plot.

2-The total balance to be deposited at the notary for disbursements of construction invoices.

            A- the Notary will disburse funds based on the schedule of payments below and progress of construction.

Total construction time is 12 months, since all architectural, structural, electrical/plumbing/windows drawings are all completed.

There are no restrictions for private ownership of land or property in Curacao, at closing you will receive a deed of transfer registered by the notary.

You can purchase under your name or under a curacao offshore company that must be set up by the same notary before closing. Closing usually takes 4 to 6 weeks due to title and liens searches.
