My top priority is a high standard in cleanliness and that everything looks clean and unused like being brand new.

The spacious apartment was built in 2017 according to European standards using highest quality building materials. After a longterm unfurnished rental it was completely repainted and newly furnished in April 2019.

The apartment is equipped with all appliances neccessary to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable.

You will immediately notice that I applied my own high requirements for accommodations without any compromise to my own rental apartment which features 220V power supply throughout European standard outlets. Please consider to bring suitable adapters. Phone or notebook chargers can usually be used for different voltages. Please check on this so you do not ruin any 110V devices you consider bringing. Adapters and convertes are also available for purchase on the island.

The free Wifi has a download speed of 10 Mbit/s which should be sufficient for normal use. You may however make a contract with the local provider FLOW in case you need a faster internet connection.
